All products supplied by AMP are covered with comprehensive three year warranties as standard, covering parts and a contribution towards fitting costs*. In the unlikely event that you encounter a problem with a system or unit purchased from AMP, you can rest assured that our expert team will do everything we can to resolve the situation quickly and efficiently.
These standard product warranties can be extended significantly by taking part in one of the multiple reward programmes run by AMP and our manufacturing partners. These loyalty reward programmes include:
- AMP Diamonds, our own reward programme which provides extended warranties of up to six years on eligible Mitsubishi Heavy Industries products, alongside additional benefits such as reward vouchers and marketing cashback.
- Toshiba’s loyalty scheme which offers varying levels of membership and multiple benefits, inclusive of warranties of up to seven years for top tier customers.
- The Fujitsu Comfort Club offers a range benefits of including a five year warranty and a wide selection of gifts in exchange for reward points.
